I have used Danielle for the purchase or sale of a home on five different occasions. As a buyer, I found Danielle to be so keenly astute about the current market that finding a new home was actually enjoyable and quick. I used Danielle and Carla to sell two houses in the last year in a buyer’s market. Both homes were listed for more than the comps around them. Both homes received multiple offers within the first month of being listed and were sold quickly. I believe the staging provided by Danielle and Carla was integral to the results. If you are serious about selling your home, list it with them, but only if you are going to listen to what they tell you. They are true professionals.

Buckhead, Morningside, Midtown...you name it, we saw it...and never
